Here are some ASCEND statistics you should know.
WHY DOES THIS MATTER?
Because we need you. We need healthy godly parents / brothers and sisters who are willing to love, guide and show our students what healthy relationships look like. Often times ASCEND is the only place they are shown godly perspective and encouraged in their walk with the Lord. Students are not looking for leaders who are young, or culturally connected... they are looking for someone who will speak the truth in love and come along side them to guide and disciple them. That is what they need... and deep down, it's what they desire.
WHAT IS THE COMMITMENT?
Here is the great news, we have a place for anyone at any season of their life to connect and serve on our team. ASCEND Leadership Team has 3 levels of leadership, each one having different levels of commitment. So if your schedule only allows for you to serve once a month and you can't attend in person meetings... BASE leadership is a great place to start! If you are able to come more regularly... SUMMIT leadership is your place and if you are looking to grow into a higher leadership role - GUIDE leadership allows you to be stretched and grow. There is a spot for everyone in every season!

- For every 3 students who attend our weekly gatherings, 2 have unchurched parents.
- 1 of 4 say they are being raised by a grandparent/family member and do not have a parent
- More than half of our students say they come from split households - meaning they either only live with one parent or only have one parent in their life.
