Our BASE is where it all starts. We need a strong foundation. BASE Leaders are just that, a place to start. In this season you may find yourself working through your schedule and unable to be fully committed to meeting or services. You may be new to the team and still working to get to know everyone and what being a leader within ASCEND entails. There is no shame in staying in BASE Leadership, this team is just as important and needed as all the rest!

Are you ready to take a step up in your leadership within ASCEND? SUMMIT is where you want to be! Leaders in SUMMIT have higher responsibility and play a more supportive role to the GUIDE Leaders. These leaders are able to be more consistent therefore have a stronger leadership role within ASCEND on a weekly basis.

We all need GUIDES and so does ASCEND. GUIDES are there not only as a support team to our students, but to our Pastors as well. They carry a stronger role in leading different parts of the ministry such as; Media, Worship, Internship, HUBS, Grace Young Adults and more. The GUIDES oversee a full sub-ministry within ASCEND and lead those areas weekly.
